Emergency Light Inspection
Annual emergency light inspections are required by the Fire Department and properly working emergency lights are required. We will inspect the emergency lights and replace batteries if needed.
Backflow Testing
Some areas, such as Henderson and North Las Vegas, require annual backflow testing. We will also test and repair backflows that pertain to the Health Department requirements (pool pump rooms, restaurants). We will submit all paperwork to the city so the customer is compliant with their annual backflow test.

There isn’t a set period of time for replacing fire extinguishers because they exist in a variety of sizes, compositions, and extinguishing chemicals. A yearly inspection is the best way to ensure that your extinguishers are still functional. The cylinders can then be kept in use for decades by having internal inspections, pressure testing, and recharge services performed on them about every six years.
However, if you ever find issues during an inspection, such as a rusted or corroded cylinder, missing or broken components, erroneous gauge readings, or a missing inspection label, you should replace your fire extinguishers. A cylinder that fails a pressure test is one that should be discarded and replaced with a fresh one.
